We ship USPS First Class Mail with tracking with shipping times at ~ 3-5 days for the continental USA. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number so you can follow your order on it’s way to you.

Why don’t you offer Express Shipping at this time?
As a sustainable brand, we made a conscious choice to not offer express shipping at this time. If you have a trip (or other urgent need like a bulk order, photoshoot, mua gig or celebrity event) and need your order ASAP, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will see how we or our other partners can help!
Do you offer International Shipping?
Can you keep a secret …? Canada and UK you are on our list! Details coming soon.
Why do you not include packing slips in your shipments?
Well my dear, we are paperless! Did you know a small ecommerce brand can save a dozen trees just by eliminating paper packing slips from their shipments. We love you and we love trees so we choose to be paperless instead. Plus all the good deets can be found on your order and shipment emails.
Why do you not include fun stickers or promotional brand materials in your regular shipments?
Along with packing slips, we made a conscious choice as a responsible brand to not send you fluff stuff in our packages. Branding is fun but not when it’s unnecessary trash that goes straight to the landfill, our oceans and/or our waterways. Unless it serves a purpose, we won’t be sending it.
Why do you ship regular orders in the paper tube + envelope combo sans cardboard box?
We believe in conscious ecommerce shipping and want to help you not only reduce single-use plastic waste with our products but reduce the excess use of cardboard boxes too! This way everyone can skip the box and any secondary packing materials that are traditionally sent in ecommerce orders.* Our paper tubes are also made of 88% PCW (post consumer waste) and are FSC Certified. As our product line grows, keep an eye out for more innovative packing and shipping solutions! Got an idea for us to continue to reduce waste? Send us a shout at customercare@palettebypak or ping us on social @palettebypak. We are all part of the solution.
*Please note this may not apply to larger and bulk orders.
What should I do with my shipping envelope when I am done with it?
Our shipping envelopes are 100% made from paper trash and 100% recycled paper with plant based inks, natural adhesive strip (the adhesive strip even comes with a zero waste paper liner). The envelopes are completely compostable, biodegradable and of course recyclable. Did you know that paper is one of the most recycled materials next to aluminum? Reports indicate as much as 68% of paper is reused and recycled! For this reason we encourage you to recycle your envelope in any curbside paper recycling program so we can use it again!
What else have you done to make shipping more sustainable?
We are always in the process of refining our shipment process to include better shipment practices because when you love the earth it loves you back! We recently switched to zero waste shipping labels which include a fully recyclable paper liner (a lot of the traditioinal shipping label liners are actually plastic!).
