Presale Note:Please note that due to logistics, items sold under presale cannot be returned prior to shipment. We further reserve the right to decline a presale cancelation of sale depending on where we are in the presale logistics process.
Returns / General: If you wish to return an unopened and unused product (which includes unopened packaging) in undamaged and unsoiled condition, please return the product within 14 days of purchase in order to qualify as a valid return. Please note that shipping costs to you will not be refunded nor do we pay for return shipping.* The return process is outlined below.
If the item was purchased at a retailer and not from our website, unfortunately we cannot accept the product as it must be returned or exchanged at the retailer.
Any promotional discount received on your original purchase will be recalculated when the merchandise is returned.
*The initial shipping cost to you shall also not be refunded.
If you received your item as a gift from any source, unfortunately we are unable to offer credits or exchanges as we only sell one product. As our product line grows, this term is subject to change.
We will not be able to issue a refund if any items received as a ‘gift with purchase’ through a promotion are not returned along with the purchased items.
Only credit back to the original form of payment for a valid return is available for orders placed online.
We reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges if we have reason to suspect misuse of our Returns Policy. We further reserve the right to update and amend this Returns policy at any time. The effective date above will guide you as to the date of its effectiveness. Your return will be subject to the date of effectiveness that correlates to your date of purchase.
3rd party shippers, all sales are final. We reserve the right to cancel orders if we have a distribution presence. We are not responsible or liable for any delays or damages while in possession of the 3rd party shipper.
How to Return or Exchange
- To return or exchange an item, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Please be sure to include the following information:
- Full Name, email, and phone number
- The product(s) being returned
- Reason for return
- Date of purchase
- Order number
- A copy of your purchase email confirmation with all pertinent information
- Upon receipt of your request, we will send you instructions on where/how to ship back the item(s). *Please note that we do not pay for return shipping.
- Please also note as a sustainable brand, we are paperless and do not use packing slips!
